General Hire Questions

Generally the hire is for a 1 day period with longer periods of hire subject to extra charges.
Please book as early as possible, especially for the busy summer and Christmas periods. We reserve the right to add a premium for orders received at very late notice.
All changes to customer orders must be acknowledged in good time via email or phone. Additions are welcome based on availability. Small deletions prior to delivery (except for marquees) can be accommodated.
There is usually no delivery or collection charge if we are providing you with a marquee.
Standard delivery/collection charges are from our vehicles to a single ground floor location. Additional charges may be quoted for awkward locations or when extra lifting or walking is involved.
On collection, tables and chairs should clear from recent activites. This will enable our staff to perform the dismantle easily.
You will have the option to take a damage waiver to cover the cost of any accidental damage at 5%. Should this not be taken you are responsible for any accidental damage/loss to equipment on hire.
Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of the hire. We accept PayPal (Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards), cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cash on deliver is not a problem. A 25% deposit is required to secure any booking (non-refundable).
Yes indeed! We take care of the complete installation.
We are certainty happy to facilitate any requests however we often find these have to be addressed on a case by case basis.
Our normal working hours are 9am - 9pm 7 days a week. Installations and collections outside of these hours may incur additional costs.

Marquee Hire Questions

This depends on a number of factors e.g. you will need a larger marquee if your guests are to be seated as opposed to standing. If you call our office or livechat with our team we will be happy to advise you as to what size marquee you will require.
Most small events do not require a site visit however if the event venue has complications that cannot be resolved in our booking process or it is a larger more complex event then we would usually provide a site visit. All site visits would be at the earliest convenience after we receive all event and venue information. We do not charge for site visits.
Yes. All of our marquees are made from the highest quality waterproof PVC.
Absolutely. Marquees are suitable throughout the year. We will always provide an appropriate amount of heating for marquees that are provided during the cooler months.
Of course, the ability to decorate a marquee is one of the unique selling points for choosing a marquee over another venue. We welcome customers to decorate their marquees.
It is important for the client to be there to make sure everything is to there satisfaction, to have demonstration on using the equipment, to notify of any site issues or potential problems, to answer any questions about electrics or other services, to sign documents on completion and to make any outstanding payments
Our marquees can serve as an ‘extension’ or awning to a building if the space is suitable. Covered walkways are also possible. We always do our best to gutter our marquees to buildings if requested by the client.
Marquees can be erected on uneven ground, however it is easier when marquees are erected on level ground.
Yes. The walls of our marquees can be opened and secured quickly and easily. Open or closed, no problem.
Yes the marquee can be customized to your needs. You can have all or some of the windows .
You can open any of the panels. The side panels are 2 metres each and can be either removed or rolled up. The end panels roll up in line with the eaves and opens 3/4 of the width. The end panel can also be removed to open the apex.
No this can be decided at the time of installation. We understand how easily the weather can change your decision.
Yes. We require additional equipment to fix to a hard surface. There is a small charge for the additional labour and materials.
Ideally yes. Our marquees don’t come with any standard height adjustments to account for uneven sites. Should your site not be flat please contact our team with some further information and we can advise how we can help. We do have some adjustment kits that are avaiiable at an extra cost.
